How about I remember the patch notes when this was Edit:supposed to have been fixed, I also remember why it was fixed in the first place and big ass thread that spawned 'said' fix.
I've also told members of Tri not to do it because, and I quote "If it works, its an exploit, you'll get banned"
I find it really hard to believe that in an alliance of MC's stature and size noone thought "Hey that's an exploit don't do that."

It's really simple - I've seen this used more often by people undocking a BS with smarties to clear away frigs waiting to tackle them. Meh. Either way, if it's a bug / exploit CCP has sure taken its time to fix it.
I've seen wrecks and cans left at undock points to stop people from instawarping out of stations too, go figure.
